Repairs

Wind and weather can do damage to your roof, ripping up shingles, tearing rubber, and bending metal. However, not every roofing company will be able to perform smaller repairs. Repairs are actually deceptively difficult and time-consuming, requiring an extremely in-depth diagnostic of your roof in order to make sure the new parts fit in with the old.

All Seasons Roofing, however, is both able and willing to perform these repairs for you. We have the expertise to repair damage both large and small, and we can perform jobs of any size. Thanks to us, minor or localized damage won't require an entire roof replacement! Call us today for repairs.

Materials

Architectural Shingle

Architectural shingles, AKA laminated or dimensional shingles, are the highest-quality roofing products made. They consist of two layers: a heavy fiberglass mat base and ceramic-coated mineral granules. Architectural shingles can be crafted to mimic cedar or slate without the weight issues and with far greater water resistance.

Architectural shingles are thicker and stronger than traditional asphalt shingles, better able to weather the elements and reflect UV light, and with double the life expenctancy.

EDPM/Rubber

Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer is a particular kind of synthetic rubber that is specially formulated to be durable and cost-effective. It comes in a membrane of varying widths and thicknesses, and is excellent for flat, low, or steep slope roofs. It can last for up to three decades, and is highly resistant to wind, hail, UV, and extreme temperatures.

Slate

Slate roofing is the most durable form of roofing, lasting centuries in the right conditions and even up to 150 years in bad ones. Slate is completely fireproof, making it the most fire resistant form of roofing available; it is also extremely environmentally friendly, because slate roofing is made from natural stone. However, thanks to the weight, installation can be tricky, which is why you need a seasoned professional to install it properly—not every roofer will know how to best install slate roofs. Call All Seasons Roofing for slate roof installation today.

Metal

Though they don’t match the longevity of slate, metal roofs can last up to 100 years, and is also much more lightweight than a natural stone roof, making them far less expensive. They also reflect sunlight and are nearly impervious to rain and snow, making them excellent options for roofs that are liable to get heavily rained on.
